Birkedal Hartmann XO

Blended from cognacs between 12 to 17 years old, mainly from the Grande Champagne area and a little from the Borderie area. It is the spirits from the Borderie area which brings this special taste of violet.

 Color : This cognac has a neat dark color.

 Nose : Liquorice and vanilla with a touch of pepper flavour.

 Taste : A round and mild taste with flavours of apricot and cocoa. These aromas lastes for an extremely long time in the glass.
