Birkedal Hartmann Blanc
Birkedal Hartmann Blanc
Birkedal Hartmann Blanc is, from our taste evaluation, the white wine the norwegian consumers like best. The wine is fresh with fruity flavours such as exotic fruits with a touch of lemon. Not to dry with a nice floral after taste. Elaborated from the grape varieties Colombard and Ugni blanc, Birkedal Hartmann Blanc is drank with fish, shellfish and white meat. Perfect with oysters or a summer salad, but can enjoy it as a simple drink before a meal. Dagbladet 22/11/03
