Halfdan Extra Gammel, Birkedal Hartmann.

This cognac is made from the finest spirits left aside for many years as they shouldonly be used on special occasion. This occasion is "Halfdan" Extra Gammel, to honor Halfdan Birkedal Hartmann who first started the family company in Cognac in 1887. The term "Extra Gammel" didn't exist, so it is now the Birkedal Hartmann trade name for a cognac aged for more than 20 years.

 Color : Brilliant kopper with dark brown shadows.

 Nose : Sweet and fruity with a strong personality.

 Taste : Apricot and oak. A beautiful balance between fruit and toast. Good length in mouth with persistent aromas.
